THE SUCCESS COMPANY was established by Adele Benvie in 1999 to serve clients in the area of skills development. The initial focus of the company was on Client Care and related training, which it grew to a national level with great success.

During this time THE SUCCESS COMPANY assisted many of South Africa’s leading companies to improve their company image using professional techniques. The Client Care service offering was not limited to training only, but encompassed all elements of staff development, including team building and inspirational speaking. THE SUCCESS COMPANY took great pride in ensuring that every event was an absolute success for our clients.

With companies requesting help with the many changes in the training world, THE SUCCESS COMPANY went on to launch the Training Advisory and Co-ordination Service - a much more extensive service to our clients in the area of skills development. This was an extremely exciting phase for THE SUCCESS COMPANY as our service offering was able to grow beyond our core skills set and include the service of selected service providers and establish ourselves as skills specialists to assist our clients further.

THE SUCCESS COMPANY is driven by one goal: Equipping People for Success. We achieve this by empowering companies with the skills and tools necessary to excel in today’s competitive market. We use three vehicles to do this:

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

• Our Skills Development department drives companies toward their strategic objectives by ensuring that staff are trained to do their jobs correctly and efficiently. THE SUCCESS COMPANY provides an outsourced Skills Development Facilitator service to our clients. From workplace skills plans to annual training reports, our Skills Development department advises on strategic elements affecting skills development and also actions all training requirements.

STRATEGICALLY ALIGNED TEAM BUILDING

• THE SUCCESS COMPANY's Team Building events are planned around each client's specific reason for wanting to do a Team Build - no one-size-fits-all approach works. Our tailored team builds ensure a great return on investment as implementation back into the workplace is highlighted during the team build.

INSPIRATIONAL SPEAKING

• THE SUCCESS COMPANY's founder, Adele Benvie, inspires clients' staff with a wide variety of presentations - from standard conference presentations to adventurous outdoor presentations. It's all part of our mission to Equip People for Success!
