A leader's role is to bring the best out in the team so that it can function optimally and produce the best output possible. This involves specific skills when dealing with each member of the team, as well as the team as a whole.

- 1-Day Leadership for Success Session

- Half-day follow-up session ONE week after 1 Day Leadership for Success Session
- Half-day follow-up session THREE weeks after 1-Day Leadership for Success Session (2 weeks after 1st follow-up)
